Job description

Missions :

Job Purpose:

To manage all aspects of a project. Ensure all project deliverables meet timelines while managing financial, scope, schedule and resource management activities. Mitigate risk factors in a project and manage vendor related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Develop strategies for the service to ensure effective implementation and help improve business processes to ensure consistent, measurable results.

·        Strategically plan, implement and administer programs and services in a Government sector and clients.

·        Identify innovative ways to reduce cost and ensure budget is under control.

·        Review and analyze facility activities and data to aid planning and cash and risk management to improve service utilization.

·        Plan, implement and administer programs and services in Government institutions, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff.

·        Preparing, summarizing, and formatting information for staff consumption and serving as a mediator between goals, strategies, and the day-to-day activities

·        Review team performance and capabilities base on the projects handled and ensure correct feedback for promotions and increments.

·        Ensure project is completed within pre-decided budget and manage contract change requests if any.

·        Oversee the tasks, timelines, and resources necessary to implement the EHR, ensuring that the project stays on time and on budget.

·        Conduct and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting.

·        Establish policies and frameworks, manage human resources, allocate budgets and other financial resources, submit reports, and maintain and manage IT systems and databases for the Government Practice.

·        Maintain communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning.

Degrees : 3 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE, BACHELOR

Background experience : 12 years of experience if Bachelors, 10 years of experience if Master’s

Sex : Male

Age : 50 Maximum

Complementary :

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Preferred Masters in Business Administration, MBA

Soft Skills and Languages:

·         Bilingual – English and Arabic

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Joining date : 09/09/2017

Contract : CDD

Duration contract : 2 years ( Renewable)

Salary : 25000-40000 QAR /month
