Job description

Missions :

Brief Description:

 

The Application Consultant role is to elicit, analyze, specify, validate and implement the business needs of project stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. He should have an excellent background about Oracle Applications and Oracle Technology and development tools. This application consultant will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables aremet according to specifications

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Articulate, implement and monitor HR Strategy.

·         Develop and implement HR strategies specifically aimed at Talent engagement to help the company achieve its business objective.

·         HR Planning and Development, HR Diagnostic and Review, HR policies, and procedures consulting

·         Manpower Review, analysis and budgeting.

·         Carry out consulting for Job descriptions (Roles and Responsibilities)

·        Define grading structure and establish grades and compensation levels, to classify jobs effectively and compensated in line with the industry norms.

·         Develop & implement Recruitment Programs  and Design, Training and Development Programs and Design

·         Development of Roadmap and implementation.

·         HR Set up for Organization, Job, Position, Recruitment, Termination, Organization Hierarchy etc.,

·         Review and implement Performance appraisal system for the organization at all levels in line with international professional standards.

·         Carry out and consult Organizational design and restructuring, rewards and performance management, competency frameworks, job evaluation systems, training and development, change management, HR processes

Requirements

Degrees : 5 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE, MASTER'S DEGREE, MBA

Background experience : 5 to 7 Years Relevant Work Experience; Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business

Sex : Male

Age : 50 Maximum

Language :

Arabic : Good
English : Good

Complementary :

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System

Soft Skills and Languages:

·         Bilingual – English and Arabic

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Conditions

Joining date : 09/09/2017

Contract : CDD

Duration contract : 2 Years ( Renewable)

Salary : 12 000 - 25 000 QAR /month
