Job description

Missions :

·        To attract and establish a client relations business stream and high value VIP clients within Personal Shopping

·        Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure daily operations and functions are carried out within our customer service department, in line with policies and procedures

·        Assist the Customer Service Manager with analysing the weekly/monthly business, writing reports and sharing new business ideas

·        Be extremely knowledgeable and aware of market trends and local competitors

·        Build and maintain strong and loyal relationships with clients to drive sales, affiliated sales and repeat business

·        Attract and develop VIP and high net worth clients to Harvey Nichols by networking and building relationships

·        Provide expert advice to assist clients across all categories and brands

·        Partnering with colleagues where necessary to successfully close sales

·         Personally identify new opportunities and avenues to drive individual sales and implement new business development

·        Meet and consult with appointment customers regarding their particular requests

·        Support with the development of Store Sales Associates, coaching on selling techniques and providing expert advice to encourage cross and up - selling

·        Represent Harvey Nichols Doha in all public store events and marketing activities leading the way with customer engagement

·        Partner with our Marketing team to ensure all channels of client communication are being utilized, maximizing all CRM and Event opportunities

Background experience : Proven sales experience in a similar role for a luxury, fashion or hospitality brand

Complementary :

·         Having an established black book of clients would be an added advantage

·         Extensive knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands

·         Excellent commercial awareness and local market competition

·         Demonstrate strong initiative and self-motivation

·         Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment

·         Team – player mentality

·         Confident speaker with excellent English communication skills.

·         Fluent in Arabic

·         Possess entrepreneurial flair and passion for luxury product

·         A high level of personal style and grooming that must reflect the brand image of luxury and prestige
